Our newest member of the team, Kate Turner, is going to be blogging on this page daily.  Here she will tell you which Kokanee sponsored apres that she`s going to be attending the next day!  At these Kokanee sponsored apres, Miss Powder Mountain will be handing out raffle tickets daily to those that come up and say "Tell me a little about Powder Mountain Catskiing"!!!  The only way to find out where Miss Powder Mountain will be is to read it here on this site....so if you want to get a chance to win Catskiing/Catboarding, you will have to find Miss Powder Mountain and get a raffle ticket!!!  The tickets will be drawn every two weeks for the 08/09 season, sending some lucky winners skiing/boarding with Powder Mountain Catskiing.  Sweet!!!!!

 Women Only Days

 As fun as snowboarding and skiing powder with the guys is, there's
something even more fun about "a day with the girls"!!  At Powder
Mountain Catskiing we've set up three "women only" cats this winter. 
Joking, laughing, powder, and no boys in sight - consider it a small
slice of heaven!!

You can't teach the ones you love because you always want or expect
them to learn faster or ski faster than they do.  Too often we hear
"just leave me alone, I'll figure it out myself"!  So many times we’ve
seen well meaning boyfriends, husbands and boys to be, trying to get
their significant other stoked on powder by trying to be "helpful" and
offering tips all day.  No matter how well-meaning they are, they
always put pressure on the other person.  Because they think that you
are the best person ever at everything, they think you should be
awesome already.  By the end of the day the pressure has become
something that has made the day less fun than it could have been.

Sooo, we are taking all the stress out of a day catskiing for women. 
We are making it a day for women only!!  Only female guests so there is
none of the testosterone of skiing with the boys; a female cat driver
to get you around our vast ski area, and female guides to keep you safe
and skiing the best snow!  All of our guides are also certified
instructors, so they will be there to give you tips as needed and keep
you stoked throughout the day!!!  We hope you're as excited as we are
about these days!!
